Personnel policy of OAO “Gaiskiy GOK” is managed in five districts of Orenburg region and it is directed to intake local high skilled specialists who are able to solve any process, economic and management tasks.
Broad personnel motivation system including material and mental encouragement of the workers is introduced at the combine. The specialists developed employment benefits for the combine workers which are used under Collective agreement.
OAO Gaiskiy GOK is engaged in charity and helping to schools, sport groups, cultural centers of the town. The combine takes part in financing of orthodox churches construction.
