AUXILIARY PRODUCTION In addition to main production lines the combine includes maintenance shop, power plants, transport facilities and laboratories providing reliable and undisturbed operation of the whole combine.
Transportation shop provides transport services to the combine divisions.
Railway facilities are envisaged for ore and concentrate transportation and transportation of supplied cargos to the combine as well.
Maintenance shop is directed to excavating machine repair, production of spare parts for process equipment made in Russia or foreign countries, overhaul of equipment of dressing mill, heat and power station and engines for heavy trucks and loaders-trammers.
Construction shop is provided for repair and reconstruction of existing buildings and structures, production of commercial concrete and bond, concrete products and asphalt, construction of new roads and restoration of existing ones, manufacturing of millwork.
Heat and power station generates and continuously provides the combine and the town with electrical energy and heat.
Power plant continuously provides the combine and the town with water and compressed air and also is capable for power transmission and electrical equipment repair.
Central laboratory of automation and computer engineering is used for implementation of automated control system for production, financial and economic activity, and personnel management and it also provides reliable radio and telephone communication for the combine.
Central chemical and process laboratory enables performance of chemical analysis of elements contained in mined ore and products to be shipped from the combine, introduction of new ways of ore dressing and new methods of flotation with advanced flotation agents application.
Process control division is directed to ore and concentrates sampling, and commercial product quality control.
Acceptance, storage and delivery of materials, equipment and spare parts for the combine divisions is performed by department on centralized delivery of materials and equipment.
