He was born on 23d of January, 1955 in Buribai village of Khaibullinsk region of Bashkortostan Republic.

Since 1972 he has worked for Gaisky GOK. In 1983 he graduated from All-Union Correspondence Financial Institute (industry planning). Since 2003 he has been Deputy Personnel Director. He is a member of town council.
