YURY I. STAROSTIN

He was born on April, 30 1946 in settlement Rakityanka, Mednogorsk City, Orenburg region.

In 1977 he graduated from All-Union Polytechnical Institute by correspondence (industrial heat-and-power engineering). Since 1968 he has been working for the Company and since 1998 - in this position. He has been awarded with Medal of Honour for Labour Valour (1986) and “Labour Veteran” (1989). He was a member of Legislative Assembly of Orenburg region. He is an honorary freeman of Gai town.
